Studio
Ideal for a single traveller or couple, self-contained unit with queen-size bed, kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator, full ensuite facilities, 32" flatscreen TV, DVD player and WiFi.
One studio is an access unit with a ramp leading to the unit and full access bathroom with shower, handrails, etc. One studio has an interconnecting door that can be unlocked making it into a double size unit with two queen-size beds, two bathrooms and two kitchens that can accommodate either a family of four or two couples requiring privacy at less cost than two separate units. Two studios are upstairs offering views over the Waikato River.
Large studio
Perfect for the traveller wanting more room, a couple wishing to share the same room but with separate beds or even a family with a small child, these are self-contained units with a queen-size bed and a single bed in the same room. Unit 8 has full kitchen facilities with oven and microwave, unit 9 and 10 have kitchen facilities with microwave, jug and toaster. All units have ensuite facilities, 32" flatscreen TV's, DVD players, WiFi and their back doors lead out to our large inviting swimming pool.
One-bedroom unit
Extra roomy units suitable for two persons wanting to sleep in separate rooms or for a family of four. These units are self-contained with a queen-size bed in the bedroom, two single beds in the lounge, ensuite bathroom and a spacious full kitchen with oven and microwave. These units have a 32" flatscreen TV, DVD player and WiFi.
Two-bedroom unit
Large spacious, comfortable, fully self-contained family units with a queen-size bed in one bedroom, two single beds in another bedroom and a single bed in the lounge. There is a full kitchen with oven and microwave and ensuite bathroom with shower over bath. The size of the units are perfect for a family get-together or small group. They have a 42" flatscreen TV, DVD player and WiFi.
